6. Returns & Exchanges

Our full return policy applies to all online and in-store purchases:

  • Returns accepted within 14 days (2 weeks) from purchase or delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Returns must be made in person at our store during opening hours:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is approved.
