• Items may be returned within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of purchase.

• Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

2. No Returns on Sale Items

• All sale and discounted items are final sale.
  These items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

3. How to Return Your Items

• All returns must be made in person at our shop:
  3 Whitby Road, Wynberg, Western Cape, South Africa

• Returns can only be processed during our store’s opening hours.

4. Refunds

• Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Refunds may take a few business days to reflect depending on your bank.

5. Exchanges

• Exchanges are subject to product availability and follow the same 14-day return window and conditions.
