Souldaze – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Souldaze. Below is our official Shipping Policy for online orders within South Africa.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship orders to all major cities and towns across South Africa.
If you live in a remote area, delivery may take slightly longer depending on courier availability.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, dispatch typically occurs within:

  • 1–3 business days for in-stock items

  • Delivery after dispatch usually takes:

    • 2–5 business days for major cities

    • 3–7 business days for outlying or rural areas

Please note: Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.


3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and courier rates at the time of your order.

Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. These will be clearly communicated on our website or social media platforms.


4. Order Processing

Once your order is packed and handed over to the courier, you will receive:

  • A dispatch confirmation

  • A tracking number (where applicable)

Please ensure all delivery information entered at checkout is correct. Souldaze is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address details.


5. Click & Collect (If Applicable)

If offered, customers may pick up their order in person at:

Wynberg, Western Cape

A confirmation message will be sent when your order is ready for collection.


6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged:

  • Please contact us immediately with your order number.

  • We will assist in communicating with the courier and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.

Please note:
Souldaze is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays due to weather, strikes, or load shedding

  • Packages stolen after confirmed delivery

We will, however, help where we can.


7. Returns & Refunds

For return eligibility and instructions, please refer to our Return Policy.
Only returns made in person at our store within 14 days are accepted.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.
